Shipping Policy

To the best of our ability, we are committed to same day or next day shipping following your purchase. Exceptions may include weekends and holidays recognized by couriers and unforeseen inventory related challenges.

 

First Class Mail (FCM) 5-7 business days
Priority Mail 2-3 business days
Expedited Mail 1-2 days

Order Tracking Information

  1. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. Emails are sent from info@bamboobrace.com
  2. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping and tracking information will be sent separately from the confirmation email and is sent to the email address associated with your bamboobrace.com account.


Return/Exchange Policy

You are welcome to exchange or return all products purchased through our website for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Return postage is not provided for any returns/exchanges.

Full or partial refunds for returns/exchanges are credited to the card of purchase at bamboobrace.com. When exchanging for products of lesser value, partial refunds are credited to the card of purchase at bamboobrace.com.  Separate invoices are generated when exchanging for products of greater value. Invoices for additional product cost and shipping are sent to the email address associated with your bamboobrace.com account.  

Products returned for refunds/exchanges should be in the original packaging with all product components included. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange and confirm your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your credit card account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not received correspondence, please contact us at info@bamboobrace.com.

 

How to initiate a Product Return/Product Exchange

  1. When submitting a return/exchange please direct your correspondence to info@bamboobrace.com
  2. In your email please include:
    1. Full name on order
    2. Order number
    3. Identify the product you wish to return/exchange

*If exchanging sizes, please confirm shipping address*

  1. We will respond with a return address and any further directions for returns/exchanges including a return authorization number if needed.
  2. When possible, please enclose a copy of your order confirmation, including your order number in any returns or exchanges.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Within 6 months of purchase, The Bamboo Brace will replace any nonworking or defective components of any Bamboo Brace products at no charge to the customer.


Additional Manufacturer's Warranty

  • Products between 6-9 months from date of purchase can be repaired for any defective or nonworking components at no additional cost to the customer less return shipping.
  • Products older than 10 months from date of purchase can be repaired for any nonworking components at low-cost to the customer. Return shipping for repairs 10 months or older is not provided by The Bamboo Brace.
